Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Marketing Specialist with a deep love for psytrance music and a strong presence in the global trance festival community. As a remote team member, you will play a crucial role in promoting and engaging with our brand, TribalReunion, on various social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include writing captivating articles about personal festival experiences and actively increasing our follower base while fostering engagement with our online community.
Responsibilities:
Festival Experience Articles:
- Produce at least one high-quality article per month, sharing your personal experiences from renowned trance festivals like Ozora, Boom Festival, ZNA Gathering, and more.
- ngaging narratives, capturing the essence of the festival atmosphere, music, art, and transformative experiences.
- Include captivating images and videos to enhance the storytelling and immerse readers in the festival experience.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accurate information and provide valuable insights to our audience.
Social Media Management:
- Utilize various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) to promote TibalReunion and build a strong online presence.
- Create and curate compelling content related to psytrance music, trance festivals, and the global psychedelic community.
- Develop a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely postings to engage our followers.
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to comments, messages, and group member posts, fostering a sense of community and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Follower Growth and Engagement:
- Implement strategies to increase the follower base across social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze trends to identify potential target audiences and expand our reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns, contests, or collaborations to attract new followers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (such as reach, engagement, and conversion) to optimize strategies and achieve growth objectives.
- Engage with existing followers, actively participating in discussions, asking questions, and encouraging user-generated content.
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for psytrance music and a strong understanding of the global trance festival culture.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, preferably within the music or festival industry.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives and capture the essence of festival experiences.
- Proficiency in creating and curating multimedia content, including images and videos, to enhance articles and social media posts.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms and their algorithms, along with a track record of successfully growing and engaging followers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with online communities in a positive and professional manner.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Availability to attend and report on trance festivals worldwide, as required.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
